Hiring Experienced Carpenters ($22 - $30 / hour) , must have a minimum of 5 years carpentry experience
Immediate Opening: Experienced carpenters needed for fast-growing builder in the Delaware and Maryland beach areas.
We are seeking a motivated individuals who are very experienced and well-rounded in carpentry, and the custom home and remodeling process. Carpenters must have a minimum of 5 years of carpentry experienceand be able to be self-sufficient on the job, while also being a team player, and have a great attitude. PAY & BENEFITS
+Base Pay is hourly, ranging from $22-$30 per hour, PLUS benefits, based on 40 hour workweek (resulting in $45k to $63k per year). Pay is based on experience, must have a minimum of 5 years carpentry experience to be considered.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
+Be able to plan, perform, or troubleshoot anything that needs to be done on the job, both personally, and with a team, such as:
Framing
Roofing
Decks
Trim & Cabinets
Hardwood Flooring
Siding
Punch-list work
+Read prints and accurately execute based off of plans/prints
+Accurately read, interpret, and execute based on design/plans and material takeoffs

QUALIFICATIONS & ABILITIES
Candidates applying for the Carpenter position must:
+Have excellent knowledge and experience doing high quality work in the following areas:
-Framing
-Roofing
-Decks
-Trim & Cabinets
-Hardwood Flooring
-Siding
-Punch-list work
-Read prints and accurately execute based off of plans/prints Be able to accurately read, interpret, and execute based on design/plans and material takeoffs
+Have your own basic tools, such as circular saw, mitre box, levels, etc.
+Must have your own RELIABLE personal vehicle to carry your basic tools
+Minimum of 5 years of carpentry experience
+Valid driver's license
+Must be a team player, have a strong work ethic, and a great attitude
+Be drug free and able to pass a drug test
+Pass skills test
+Must not be afraid to pick up a broom or do whatever is needed on the job, including cleaning up if necessary
+Enjoy collaborating and working with others
+Have and show exceptional patience
+Be detail-oriented and able to follow directions thoroughly
+Be able to start working full-time - 40 hours/week
+Must be able to provide at least 3 work references from previous employers
+Speak fluent English
