Silver Lake Estates is looking for a motivated Janitor/Porter to help maintain our building’s spaces. This role is responsible for the daily up-keep of all common areas both inside the building, such as lobbies, elevator walls, and windowsills, and outside of the building, such as grounds and amenities.
The portfolio of tasks also extends to more generalized duties, such as performing trash-outs, light maintenance, some painting, distributing printed communications to and greeting residents in a cheerful and welcoming manner.
