Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Needed in Dover, DE!Location: Dover, DEHours: 37.5 Hours a WeekLength: 24-25 School YearStart: August 2024Full- Time in-person BCBA Openings (potential for Hybrid schedule of 4 days in and 1 day remote) highly prefer full-time in-person.Would be floating between schools can try to work with the shchools to setup a schedule that would be agreed upon by district and BCBA For example, Mondays and Tuesday at X school Wednesday - Friday at X School etc. Schedule: Monday - Friday; Assignment length is for duration of 24-25 SY as long as performance is being met. If Interested please email or text:Email: brparisi@amergis.comText: 813-402-3391BRAXTON PARISI - AMERGIS STAFFINGThe Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES providesconsultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implementsbehavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioraldeficits. The Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, andsupervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the schoolsetting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Conducts functional behavior assessments and educationalassessments, accurately identifying the function of challenging behavior andsocially valid, pivotal behaviors to target

Develops strong collaborative relationships and providestraining to school staff to implement effective applied behavior analysistechniques. Provides ongoing support andtraining to related field staff ensuring treatment integrity and supportingprofessional growth

Investigates concerns and provides coaching and disciplinaryaction when appropriate

Develops behavior goals according to the needs and abilitiesof the student

Determines prevention, intervention and consequencestrategies utilizing non-aversive behavior change methods

Collects, analyzes and reports data and other documentationwithin established time frames to ensure program validity and efficacy percontract guidelines

Attends and presents behavioral progress at IEP meetings

Minimum Requirements:

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching,psychology or related field

Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programsand services in schools

One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred

Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice

Participation and completion of Amergis’ Competency programwhen applicable

Current CPR if applicable

TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Successful completion of new hire training as applicable tojob site

Understand patient confidentiality and HIPAArequirements

Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to andfrom appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors,co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in theEnglish language is required

Computer proficiency required

Must be at least 18 years of age
