Description:Looking for a motivated Onboarding Specialist to support onboarding. Exact role responsibilities can include any of the following, and will be determined based on individual skill and need at the time.MUST be local to Delaware and willing to go onsite 3-4 days a week. Must have the potential to convert without the need for sponsorship. W2 only!Known responsibilities include, but are not limited to:-Execute plans for large team relocations and ensure team has all necessary equipment-Serve as a resource to all new hires to ensure they feel fully engaged and are experiencing DPT as a great place to work.
Order and maintain equipment backlog
Update, organize and maintain all workstations, conference rooms, Copy rooms, and breakrooms.
-Continue to audit and collaborate on all onboarding processes to ensure they remain impactful and efficient and are delivering value.-Collaborate with the team Administrative Assistants to ensure we are following one process across all locations.-Facilitate employee surveys related to engagement, onboarding, events, etc. and help translate findings into actionable insights that enhance our employee experience.-Maintain a well-organized and communicated calendar of events, actions, and experiences for employees.
Create a task list for all events to include retro results of the event
Plan and execute large-scale company events, both in-person and virtual, such as parties, happy hours, lunch and learns, off-sites, and more!
Create and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs that are aligned with company goals and objectives and within budget.
