Manage the planning, direction, coordination and strategic/tactical deployment of internal and external data resources for the Atlantic City Electric’s energy efficiency programs. Oversee data management (inclusive of calculations of savings measures and financial data), data quality and integrity, report and dashboard development for all Atlantic City Electric Energy Efficiency programs. Perform analysis and prepare comprehensive reports to support business operations. Research and provide statistical, financial and operational information. Develop, organize and present performance reports for both internal and external use. Provide expert analytical and operational support to the business units.Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.Primary DutiesPRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Perform advanced analysis including customer intelligence analyses; operating performance improvement, campaign targeting/segmentation strategies, campaign response analyses, and analytic strategies for energy efficiency, demand response and building decarbonization initiatives.

Oversee data management (inclusive of calculations of savings measures and financial data), data quality and integrity, report and dashboard development for all Atlantic City Electric Energy Efficiency programs. This involves creating data models, defining process flows, and establishing business rules.

Analyze data using advanced data mining techniques in support of process improvement initiatives using tools such as SPSS or SAS.

Advise, plan and collaborate with directors, managers, business specialists and analysts by accessing and analyzing strategic customer, operating, and marketing information. Advise, counsel and support the development of strategic business plans, marketing plans and product/program implementation plans.

Manage QA/QC for all data maintained in etrack+. Identify deficiencies and develop processes to remediate any deficiencies found. Customize the platform by implementing validation rules, creating task sequences, and templatizing documents. Set up and administer program workflows using eTrack+, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.

Work with Energy Efficiency Program Managers for data validation and conduct complex modeling, forecasting, trending, variance analysis to identify recommendations for program improvements. Develop, implement and monitor predictive models for improved operational performance, new product/program penetration, segmentation, etc.

Collaborate with Business, Planning and Support to manage system enhancements and upgrades, coordinate with vendor, and control user access levels and record modifications.

Provide strategic data mining and analyses.

Advice and counsel officers, directors, managers, and business specialists on analytical findings and recommend courses of action that redirect resources to improve operational performance, increase penetration of existing products and services, launch new products and services, drive customer satisfaction, or assist with overall emerging business issues.

Develop and maintain eTrack+, the primary depository of Atlantic City Electric energy efficiency data. It is the role of this position to provide internal customers with data and analysis that best positions the company going forward.

Support business unit strategic planning.

Integration of business knowledge and functional priorities to address complex problems and non-standard situations.

Minimum QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree required in market research, marketing, statistics, computer science or in lieu of a degree, 6-9 years of relevant experience.

Experience: Consulting experience (4-7 years) in customer analysis, customer relationship management, marketing communications or marketing research. Experience in segmentation analysis and strategy, database analysis and implementation and relational database extraction/manipulation. Proficient in relational database query languages such as SQL.

Analytical Abilities: Proven ability to manage and conduct data analysis, extrapolate and integrate the data, draw conclusions, and provide clear, concise, actionable information. Proven ability to apply findings to both strategic and tactical business plans and resilient in changing or uncertain situations.

Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of data manipulation / analytical tools for use in mainframe and client / server environments. Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite of products. Business knowledge of statistical analysis and statistical applications in business situations.

Communication Skills: Ability to translate data analysis and findings into coherent conclusions and actionable recommendations to executives. Ability to translate executive vision and guidance into methods and analytics. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred QualificationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Market Research or Marketing.

2+ years' experience with energy company specific systems and data, including billing systems or eTrack+.

Ability to generate intuitive reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights on program performance leveraging PowerBI.

Annual salary will vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors:USD $87,200.00/Yr. - USD $130,800.00/Yr.
