development experience
- 3+ years experience developing RESTful and SOAP Web Services from scratch
- Strong experience with Spring MVC source servers (Tomcat, Apache)
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS) and JavaScript libraries (Angular, Ext, etc) is a plus
