Our client is seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Legal & Policy Sourcer to own passive candidate sourcing for critical Legal, Policy, and Government Affairs hiring. This role is fully dedicated to proactive talent identification, market intelligence, and long-term pipeline development across highly competitive legal and regulatory talent markets.This position requires deep familiarity with legal and policy candidate ecosystems, exceptional outreach skills, and strong sourcing operations discipline.
