Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstThe Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional drives system support for Medicaid markets to determine issue, disruptions, outages, technical gaps in our clinical platforms/applications. The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. Performs analysis of business system integrity and stability, process and operational knowledge. Accountable to preform daily, weekly, quarterly operational tasks (system monitoring, reporting, tracking trends, etc.) required for clinical platforms/application management. Supports business root cause analysis with recommendations for improvements to ensure system meets the market need and performance.

Assists the market lead and end users who utilize GuidingCare and CGX- how to use the case management application and resolve system issues.

Trouble shoots issues with the tools, technologies and application to help understand the issue

POC for post - go live support

Tracks and maintains all reported issues from the market to resolution

Maintains the markets up to date on current status of open items

Creates and maintains PowerBI reports

Collaborates with Implementation team for configuration, rules and requirement issues

Collaborates with Process and Training team on process document enhancements

Assists with identifying system issue trends

Collaborates with external teams such as Enrollment

Collaborates with IT Humana Clinical Teams to trouble shoot issues

Meets with vendor HealthEdge to solve issues

Runs high level SQL queries to identify impacts on issues or help further research (member eligibility)

Drafts process documents to assist in trouble shooting (HAR, SAML, adding WQ)

Meets with the market to review open items (daily, weekly, monthly)

Reviews monthly HealthEdge release notes and validate the enhancements in lower environment

Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Begins to influence the department's strategy and will make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues.

Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Minimum 2 years of experience in problem analysis and process

Experience in Production Support management

Experience in issue tracking and reporting

Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle

Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Lists, Form, Word, PowerPoint, Excel including formulas, v-lookup and pivot tables

Must be able to work Eastern time zone hours- M-F, 8:30-5pm (EST)

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation (SQL)

Demonstrated experience with process documentation

Experience in a clinical area

Experience with tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate and Tableau

Knowledge of SharePoint site development
