Job Summary: Administrative support for United Stated Coast Guard (USCG) Polar Security Cutter (PSC) (CG-9326) and Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) (CG-9322) Program Management Offices (PMO). Education and Experience:

10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree. Minimum of five (5) years' experience supporting Government acquisitions in an administrative role.

Minimum of one (1) year experience supporting Major Acquisition Program(s) (DHS/USCG Level 1, DoD ACAT 1 or equivalent).

Essential Duties:

Administrative activities including coordination of meetings/events, meeting support, managing internal PMO processes, tracking program deliverables, communications/tracking, documentation capture, technical library management, technical writing, task tracking, briefings, performance measurement product/deliverable, and assisting other activities as required to support the daily operation of a PMO.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

Proficient with MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, Access, and PowerPoint
