We are looking for one skilled Accountant and one Bookkeeper with at least 5+ years of experience in public accounting. The ideal candidate must be proficient in G.A.A.P, experienced in preparing financial statements, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with accounting software is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle accounting and bookkeeping tasks for a wide range of clients.
2. Perform bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently.
3. Prepare financial statements in accordance to GAAP.
4. Manage sales tax reporting.
5. Process payroll (training provided).
6. Tax preparation skills are desirable but not required.
7. Communicate effectively with diverse clients.
8. Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting Preferable
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting with Bachelor's or Master's degree.
-Associate degree in Accounting must have 10+years experience
- Proficiency in G.A.A.P and accounting software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
