IMMEDIATE HIRING! Counseling and Forensic Services (CFS) is seeking a highly experienced, energetic, and self-directed Accounts Receivable (A/R) Recovery Specialist to join our team on a full-time contract basis. This critical role requires an expert versed in recovering outstanding payments from both insurance carriers and individual clients.
Primary responsibilities include:
Independently manage collections for outstanding and aged balances.
Resolve billing discrepancies and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collections.
Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and payments.
Ensure compliance with billing regulations and organizational policies.
Requirements & Work Details:
The role requires proven, demonstrated experience in payment recovery. Experience with the SimplePractice platform is helpful.
This position requires initial on-site training at our Woodbridge location, followed by work-from-home flexibility. Must successfully pass a background check.
