Property management company located in Kensington, Maryland is seeking a part-time Financial Assistant to assist in playing a key role in improving the financial system through trouble-shooting and finding solutions to financial related problems. This position will report directly to the company owner, as well as support the Finance and Property Management groups.
Qualifications include: excellent analytical and quantitative skills, strong abilities to use accounting software and Excel spreadsheets, along with appropriate experience.
This part-time position is for an average of 5 to 8 hours per week working chiefly “from home” using cloud based technology. Responsibilities are task / project deadline oriented, so work hours are flexible to fit the employee’s schedule.
