About the job

V&F’s Customer Service Representatives communicate with both customers and V&F staff by phone and email to process orders, service calls and answer general account related questions.

About You

You are energetic, friendly, and willing to help our customers and Salespeople find products and services that suite their needs. You have great communication skills on the phone and by email. Your strengths include multi-tasking and having good judgment to prioritize tasks to be efficient.

Requirements

Microsoft Office Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Detail oriented with solid work ethic

Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Benefits

$17 - $20 per hour based on experience

This is a full time in office position
