Description

Mpathic is looking for individuals to join our team as temporary remote customer service agents. These agents will be providing customers who were affected by disasters with relief assistance and resources. We are looking for part-time resources to help between the hours of 7 AM - 11 PM ET seven days a week.

Pay Rate: $17-$19 per hour DOE

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and maintain professionalism with the caller while addressing their complaints and questions.

Follow established work instructions and scripts for calls and documentation.

Provide great customer service and actively manage one-on-one relationships with callers.

Qualifications:

Must be proficient in English and possess excellent oral and written communication.

Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hrs a week

Must possess basic proficiency with computers and smart phones

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous call center experience is preferred but not required. We will train skilled entry-level candidates.

Requirements

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status

Must be 18 years or older

Must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check and credit check
