The Assistant Chief Engineer duties encompass all areas of condominium including but not limited to:
- Computer, electronics, and building automation
- Electrical skills working with 120 volts up to 480 Volt 3-Phase
- Basic plumbing skills
- Replacing water heaters and heat pumps
- Installing appliances small and large
- Preventative maintenance
- Good writing skills for maintenance reports
Qualifications: 3-5 years experience in working a large-scale high-rise building. HVAC certifications. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Benefits include: Health, dental, vision, & life insurance.
