Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Assistant to support daily business operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, and supporting a growing business behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
-Administrative Support
-Manage inbox organization and respond to routine emails
-Prepare and send proposals, invoices, and follow-ups
-Track deposits, payments, and signed agreements
-Maintain digital filing systems (permits, COIs, vendor docs)
-Operations Support
-Assist with staff onboarding paperwork
-Track basic inventory (paper goods, disposables, supplies)
-Coordinate vendor communications and invoice collection
-Support scheduling and calendar coordination
-Client & Vendor Coordination
-Send confirmations and reminders
-Collect event details and documentation
-Maintain professional communication standards
Qualifications
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Comfortable with Google Workspace, Excel, and QuickBooks (or willing to learn)
-Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented
-Prior admin, operations, or hospitality experience preferred
