We are seeking an experienced Cashier/Host/Server to join our team at Spicy Water African Grill, located on U Street. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable. You must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include learning and understanding the menu, processing POS transactions quickly, and providing excellent customer service. You will also handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, scan and bag items for customers, and assist with answering customer inquiries in person or by phone.
