We are hiring a Pizza Kitchen Manager to join our team and oversee our pizza operations, including the grill and fry stations. Responsibilities:
- Lead pizza preparation, including dough production, and ensure high-quality and consistent products
- Oversee the grill and fry stations to maintain quality and efficiency
- Manage daily kitchen operations and maintain quality control across all stations
- Place orders twice a week and manage inventory
- Train and guide kitchen staff in pizza-making, grilling, and frying techniques
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of cooking experience, with a strong emphasis on pizza-making, including dough production
- Proven track record of quality control and maintaining consistency
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
