We are looking for a highly motivated Community Out Reach Specialist for an Outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Recovery Support Services (RSS) programs in the District of Columbia
The Outreach Specialist will perform the following duties amongst others:
Engage individuals and families in accessing substance use disorder treatment and recovery support services
Build relationships to increase awareness about our SUD and RSS services
Foster partnerships to enhance program reach and impact
Act as liaison between consumers and Lifegate as well as providing support during the intake process
