Are you ready to be a key player in a brand-new dental practice? We’re looking for an organized, friendly, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team! Our dental practice provides comprehensive care for all ages and all dental needs. As a start-up practice, you’ll have the chance to help us build a welcoming and smooth-running office from the ground up. If you’re passionate about customer service, multitasking, and working in a supportive environment, we want you to help shape our patient experience!

What You’ll Do:

First Impressions Matter: You’ll be the face and voice of our office, ensuring every patient feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk in or call.

Appointment Coordination: Manage scheduling, confirmations, and reminders to ensure a smooth flow of patient visits.

Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage, ensure proper documentation, and communicate benefits clearly to both the patients and the dental team.

Payment Collection: Assist patients with understanding their billing, collect payments, and discuss payment options in a professional and friendly manner.

Communication Pro: Handle patient calls and inquiries, respond to questions, and ensure a positive, efficient experience every time.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our dental team to ensure smooth operations, from assisting with paperwork to supporting day-to-day tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 1 year (preferred)

Positive attitude and great communication skills.

Ability to handle insurance verification and payments.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Passion for making patients feel cared for and valued.
