Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Screen Printer. While previous experience is preferred, we are also willing to provide training to the right candidate who is enthusiastic and eager to learn. As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality custom prints on various apparel items.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate screen printing equipment
- Prepare screens and inks for printing
- Load garments onto the printing machine
- Ensure accurate placement and registration of designs
- Monitor and adjust print quality throughout the production process
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Meet production targets and deadlines
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent manual dexterity
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Previous screen printing experience is a plus, but not required (training will be provided)
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Flexibility in work hours (occasional overtime may be required)
