Qualifications:
Previous custodial experience preferred.
Ability to work independently
Ability to work Monday-Saturday
Have a Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record
Have your own vehicle
Paid training
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Pass a background check
Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workers
Duties include but are not limited to:
Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
Perform routine maintenance activities
Carry cleaning tasks and special projects
Team support
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for supplies
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Follow all health and safety regulations
Present positive attitude
The position is Day Time 10:30am to 3:30pm Monday-Friday. Saturday (3 Locations anytime after 12pm)
