General Laborers with Construction Experience
Work Inside Data Centers (NoVA – $20/hr + Full-Time)!

We are actively hiring general laborers with construction experience to work inside data centers in the Northern Virginia area. Join our tight-knit, family-oriented team that values skill, reliability, professionalism, and be part of a rapidly growing industry!

✅ Occasional out-of-town travel and overtime work may be required
✅ Must be a trooper – who can handle overtime or an escalated schedule when the job calls for it
JOB DUTIES:
Follow directions and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
Understand and operate power tools and equipment safely
Accurately read measurements and use a measuring tape
Able to anticipate next steps and assist proactively to stay productive and support the team
Assist with job site preparation, cleanup, and breakdown after project completion
Perform physical labor, including lifting, drilling, cutting, and maintaining a clean work area
Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous construction or general labor experience required
Reliable, responsible, and eager to work
U.S. citizen, no felony convictions
Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
Scissor lift experience is a plus
OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (OT possible)
Pay: $20/hr
