Janitorial Cleaning Opportunity located in St. Mary's County Leonardtown Maryland 20650
- Daily Responsibilities to include cleaning and disinfecting offices, bathrooms, hallways, kitchenettes, conference rooms, lobbies, child play areas, exam rooms, labs, and more. Mopping of tiled and hard surfaced flooring, vacuuming carpeted floors, replenishing stocked items, and disinfecting doors, buffing, waxing, and shampooing carpets. Attention and detail should be taken to ensure expectations and obligations are being maintained.
- Work is performed independently and professionally at all times to include appearance and work performance. Absences and lateness will not be tolerated.
- This job is part-time (5) days weekly with the exception of federal holiday's or inclement weather. There are multiple buildings within a 10-15 minute driving proximity. There's an expectation that we visit multiple locations in one week.
- Drivers License and Personal Transportation is preferred (ability to work at different nearby locations in one day)
- Ability to pass criminal background check due to proximity working nearby children
- This is a contract opportunity and will be presented as such with ability of renewal
- Can follow a schedule and can be flexible with duties and responsibilities based on service and contractual needs
