I'm looking for someone that has 3 or more years of lawn care/landscaping experience for the up coming season. I am finding myself in need of help to keep up with work and on days that I have other engagements. You will need to be able to speak English, have a valid driver's license, a car, proof of a clean driving record, at least two references, and provide two forms of I.D. Some of the skills required for this position are: knowing how to properly use a zero turn mower(able to stripe a yard with out ripping up grass), know how to weed-eat fast and efficiently, able to drive a truck and 14-20 ft trailer, forward and in reverse, safely, know how to operate a bobcat skid loader, be able to operate plow, and a wide range of other lawn care/ landscaping skills. I don't have time to teach, you must be able to hit the ground running. Hours can vary from 4-12 hours per day. Hours also depend on the weather and work load.
