Compensation:
Starting pay: $15/hour
Pay increase to $17/hour after 3 months of satisfactory performance
Paid bi-weekly
Potential productivity bonus
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and hard-working individual for a manufacturing labor position. This is a 1099 contractor role with competitive pay and a potential increase after three months. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions accurately, and complete repetitive tasks efficiently.
