Small family law firm is seeking a Paralegal to support one of their partners in their family law litigation practice.
You will handle some administrative duties as well as calendaring, drafting legal documents including discovery. You will also prepare for trials. Knowledge of VA courts is a definite must. There will be client contact as well.
Knowledge of Word and Excel is essential. Two years of family law firm experience in litigation is required.

The role is in the office 5 days a week working with a congenial group of people. Hours are 9:00 to 5:00.
Salary is up to $65K to $70K.
