ATTORNEY – REAL ESTATE
Friedlander Misler, PLLC has an immediate opening for an attorney with 2-6 years’ substantive real estate transactional experience.
The candidate should be interested in a broad exposure to commercial real estate matters including drafting and negotiating complex documents relating to commercial leasing (landlord and tenant), acquisition and disposition of properties, and financing/loan transactions (for lenders and borrowers). Candidate should have experience coordinating due diligence reviews (including title and survey) and closings.
Must have the ability to manage multiple assignments, have good interpersonal skills, and be in good standing with the DC Bar or be qualified to waive into the DC Bar.
