MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE (M-F, 8:30AM-5:00PM)
LAKE RIDGE PARKS AND RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC. (LRPRA)
This position is supervised by the Director of Administration. The Member Services Representative works on the day-to-day operations involved in the front desk operation. The employee will comply with the policies and procedures established by the Board of Directors and the daily operational policies and procedures established by management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – Estimated 90% of total hours
Greets the public and directs questions or concerns to appropriate department
Answers and directs incoming phone calls to appropriate department
Performs the day-to-day activities involved with front desk operation and provides assistance to other departments as needed
Prepares new homeowner welcome packets
Files correspondence and records in general files
Completes tenant registrations
Assists the Finance Department in making calls regarding assessment payments
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES – Estimated 10% of total hours
Assists the Director of Administration on projects as needed
Helps process incoming/outgoing mail
May order supplies as needed for the office
Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Computer experience to include Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
