We are a small real estate company looking for someone with the following skills:
Outstanding knowledge of proofreading and formatting MS Word reports
Excellent MS Office skills including Excel
Familiarity with Google email
Administration tasks will be required
Telephone skills are needed to answer the phone, greet callers, establish reason for calling, direct the phone call or take messages
Hours 10-3pm at office. No remote.
