You will have many responsibilities & duties most important to demo & sell products in-person (customers that visit our amazing store) & online (video call, Instagram live, Facebook live, & TikTok live) as well as over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional shopping experiences. Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus

- Experience in jewelry, electronics, wireless, or technical sales
- Multilingual abilities for diverse customer interactions
- Previous success in selling various products/services
- Proficiency in phone etiquette for customer inquiries
