Requirements:
- Must have at 1 year of working experience in IT the field – Must have education background in IT
- Must be able to show up to clients on time
- Must be able to come prepared with basic PC technician tools when needed
- Must be able to provide documentation of your work eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a car and be willing to drive to client’s offices VA/MD/DC
- Must have a fantastic customer service skill
- Must have a Windows laptop
- Must be able to be a team player and be able to follow directions
- Must be able to properly speak and write in English
Your Role:
As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Providing desktop/laptop support in-person to client in the VA/MD/DC area
- Computer installation, diagnosis, and repair – Troubleshooting Office 365
- Troubleshooting user’s technical issues and problems
- Setup new Dekstop and Laptop from the scratch
- Setting up network & Standalone printers and scanner
- Handling security and virus issues – Comfortable troubleshooting Outlook problems
- Troubleshooting Wi-Fi connectivity issue. Setup new routers, new computers and wi-fi extender
