LOOKING FOR A HVAC (Heating and Air Conditioning) Technician.
Our office is located in Sterling VA. We service NORTHERN VA. We are a small family owned company looking for a responsible, punctual, trustworthy technician to assist with servicing, installing and building residential homes. Our business is focused on new home construction in NoVA and are looking to expand our service & maintenance business. We need an experienced, highly motivated, and reliable HVAC technician to service and sell to our contract customers, expand our service division, and help lead the service technician team. We also have an exciting New Homes Construction division and our technicians assist in installation of HVAC systems in New Homes around Northern Virginia.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
· Technicians must possess excellent customer service skills and provide high levels of service.
· Service Calls - Reliably diagnose and repair equipment.
· Identify areas of possible growth potential
· Assist in development and implementation of new sales campaigns designed to increase company sales and customer base.
-Assist in installation of HVAC systems in New Home Construction
· Assist management with various related duties/projects as required throughout Frank Cullen Inc. business operations.
- 6 years Experience required - more preferred
- MUST have a good driving record. (this is a deal breaker and we will run your driving record with the state)
- Must be drug free
- Must be punctual and responsible
- Experience in a trade (plumbing, electrical, construction) strongly preferred, but not required
- Owning your own tools strongly preferred
- Pay will depend upon experience.
