We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance manager to join our team at Reflections. As the Maintenance manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance in our assisted living community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the ongoing functionality of equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to building maintenance and safety.
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including forecasting and cost control measures.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance schedules.
