Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of plumbing repairs and installations
- Specialize in diagnosing, clearing, and repairing clogged drains
- Conduct inspections to ensure pipes and drainage systems are in top condition
- Manage mostly residential and some light commercial plumbing projects
- Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining issues and solutions to clients
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with the team to manage and complete jobs efficiently
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience, with a focus on drain cleaning
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with plumbing tools and technologies
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
