WANTED You should be able to perform the following tasks;
Maintenance, Drywall and finishing, Painting, Carpentry, Handyman duties, Light duty Plumbing, Light Duty Electrical, Basic Flooring, Tile work, & Other Skilled Trades
Must provide own hand tools, work vehicle ( right candidate could drive Company Van) , must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, user-moved aids, mechanical equipment and measuring devices.
Demonstrated ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define and correct problems when needed.
Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication skills in order to effectively interact with clients, respond courteously to questions and requests, and stay calm when addressing and resolving customer problems. Prompt, professional and courteous.
Experience
Preferred Min 2 Years Maintenance, Carpentry, Skilled Trade or Handyman Experience
