Contracted Fedex Route Manager

FedEx Contractor looking for a Route/Logistics Manager that can work 6 days a week to include 2 Sundays a month. Pay is $1100-$1400 a week depending on Experience. Applicant must be able to pass a background check, pass a drug test, and must have a clean driving record. Job requires lifting heavy packages up to 150 pounds while sometimes climbing stairs. You must have transportation to the hub in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. The delivery route is in zip codes 20019, 20020 and 20032 of DC. Applicant should have logistics experience as well as managerial experience. You will co-manage 20-30 drivers and other employees. Job responsibilities include driving and delivering packages, training and managing employees, processing paperwork and working with other manager. Previous professional driving preferred such as Amazon, UPS, or other box truck experience. A current DOT card gets you a job quicker. If you do not have a DOT card, the contractor will pay for it as long as you meet ALL other requirements.
