We are seeking a reliable, experienced driver to pick up recycling materials and operate 16 ft box trucks and cargo vans. This is an early-start position (typical shift 4:00 AM–12:00 PM, Monday–Friday) with the expectation to work 6–7 days per week during periods of high demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate 16 ft box trucks and cargo vans for local and long-distance work
- Pick up, secure, and transport recycling materials
- Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate logbooks
- Inspect vehicles and report maintenance or safety issues
- Provide professional, on-time service to customers and dispatch
Schedule
- Standard shift: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- Must be available to work additional days (6–7 days/week) during peak demand
Qualifications
- Experience driving 16 ft box trucks and cargo vans
- Ability to communicate in English; Spanish is a plus
- Strong paperwork skills and ability to maintain logbooks
- Clean driving record
- Valid medical card (DOT/commercial medical card preferred)
- Authorization to work in the U.S.; Green Card holders or U.S. citizens preferred
