Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative based in Boca Raton, Florida, ready to make a significant impact in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, where you will be predominantly handling customer interactions, processing applications, and maintaining records. Data entry skills will be essential in carrying out these responsibilities effectively.Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from customers, providing exceptional service and assistance. Efficiently process customer applications, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date. Maintain comprehensive and precise records of all customer interactions. Proactively monitor customer accounts, identifying any issues and taking appropriate action. Utilize strong selling skills to qualify customers, overcome objections, and close deals. Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring smooth and efficient communication with customers. Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the team to pass along appointments if already set, ensuring seamless service delivery. Requirements Candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the healthcare, hospital, or social assistance industry. Proficiency in data entry is mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure. Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly during emergency situations. Knowledge of healthcare terminology and hospital procedures is beneficial. Must demonstrate empathy and a strong commitment to patient care. Proficiency in using computer systems and databases for record keeping and reporting. Availability to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information.
