- Work with business unit leaders to identify and prioritize problems that analytics is suited to solve.
- Help identify the business data needed to produce the most useful insights.
- Work with data scientist and machine learning engineers to develop analytic solutions.
- Provide insights easy to understand and are actionable.
- Assist data management functions within the team & organize and analyze multiple data sources.
- Explain complex solutions and technology to an audience with varying technical understanding.
- Proactively extracts meaning from the data and suggests actions while understanding the needs of decision-makers.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients.
- Must have prior experience reviewing analytics and providing action items for digital executive leadership or agency clients.
- Must be accustomed to providing actionable items to an Executive team/Board of Directors.
- 3+ years of professional experience working in an analyst role in eCommerce / Digital/Omni Channel.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Business or related degree preferred.
- Experience working with large complex data systems.
- Must be able to work collaboratively with client IT & business teams - as well as external vendors & business partners.
- Expert-level knowledge in aligning the company's capabilities with partner businesses and positioning the company effectively.
- Expert-level SQL knowledge.
- Experience working with the following is a plus (Google Analytics, Data Studio, GA4, Firebase, Marketing Data, Big Query,)
