Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Javascript Web Developer in Cape Coral, Florida. In this role, you will be part of a team that develops and maintains web and mobile applications, ensuring a visually appealing and responsive design. Responsibilities: Develop visually appealing and responsive designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring a superior user experience Write efficient JavaScript code to enhance user interactions and optimize website performance Maintain and develop CSS stylesheets, ensuring compatibility across different browsers Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design concepts, working closely to ensure the final product aligns with the design vision Keep updated with the latest web technologies and design trends to ensure our applications are always current and competitive Use graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite to create and implement design elements Work with modern CSS frameworks and preprocessors like SASS and LESS to enhance design and functionality Utilize Git Version Control for efficient and effective version management Develop applications using JavaScript Libraries and front-end frameworks like Blazor for enhanced functionality and user experience Ensure website performance and loading times are optimized for a seamless user experience. Requirements Proficient in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript Libraries Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop Knowledge of Less SASS and Blazor Familiarity with Git Version Control is essential Demonstrable ability to write clean, efficient, and reusable code Strong understanding of web design principles to create intuitive and engaging interfaces Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them Experience in responsive design and mobile-first principles Strong collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Strong desire to learn and keep up to date with emerging technologies and trends in web development.
