Description We are offering a contract to permanent hire remote role for a Scrum Master role in the health and wellness industry, located in beautiful SW Florida area. As part of your role, you will be expected to facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile principles, and work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the backlog. Responsibilities: Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Coach and guide teams on Agile/Scrum/SAFe principles and best practices Organize and facilitate PI events such as PI Planning, PI System Demo, and ART Syncs Collaborate with the Product Owner and/or Product Managers to maintain and prioritize the backlog effectively Proactively identify and remove any obstacles that could obstruct the progress of the sprint Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time Leverage Agile/Scrum tools such as Jira to track and manage tasks and projects Build strong relationships with team members and work well with others Work with program managers and engineers to identify, manage, and maximize team performance.Requirements Proficiency in Agile Development methodologies with a strong understanding of Scrum principles Extensive experience using Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking Demonstrated ability in Bug Tracking to ensure smooth project execution Knowledge of Cloud Technologies to facilitate effective and efficient team collaboration Experience with Epic Software for managing tasks and user stories in a Scrum environment Familiarity with AB Testing methods to drive continuous improvement in product development Solid understanding of Agile Scrum framework to manage and deliver high-quality products Commitment to adhering to Best Practices in Scrum and Agile methodologies Experience with Burndown charts to monitor project progress Excellent Collaboration skills to facilitate teamwork and ensure successful project outcomes.
