You will assist in developing and delivering training and contribute to the resolution of end-to-end testing and implementation specific defects.What you will do:
Configure the Fiserv software based on business requirements
Collaborate the Project Manager(s) and Project Team to design a solution to fulfill the business requirements
Assists in developing detailed technical specifications for any customized development or scripting work required during a project
Configure application parameters including accounts, users, rules, reports, processes, and privileges to meet business requirements
Validate and test the solution against business requirements
Work under significant project pressure and meet internal deadlines
Create and review design documents and change requests
What you will need to have:
4+ years of experience in the use of Frontier
3+ years of experience working with MS Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Bachelor's degree or work experience required– preferably in a finance/accounting or related discipline
What would be great to have:
Basic knowledge of general ledger, reconciliation processes and general accounting principles and practices
Ability to discuss and analyze business and technical topics
Creativity in identifying and implementing solutions to meet business requirements
Strong verbal communication skills displaying a solid grasp of diplomacy and how to utilize communication style, temperament, tone internally and externally
Understanding situations that are less than fully defined and detailed, exhibiting the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations
