Job Description
Established wellness center seeking a part-time physician to provide medical services in Fern Park and DeLand, FL. Our center focuses on:
1. Medical marijuana
2. Weight loss
3. Hormone therapy
4. Opioid addiction therapy
5. Ketamine therapy (oral or sublingual only)
6. Basic direct primary care
Responsibilities
1. Consult with patients
2. Record notes in EMR system (Practice Fusion)
3. Collaborate with friendly and experienced staff
