Maintenance position for Mobile Home Communities

Full-time facilities Maintenance position for (2) adjacent mobile home communities in Ormond Beach. Schedule Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm with lunch break. Working primarily outdoors, but also assisting with home remodels indoors. Must have experience (landscaping, property management, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) Looking for a "self-starter" that can help with the upkeep of our communities, If you are someone who takes pride in being reliable and always coming to work prepared, we encourage you to apply.
