Maintenance/ Handyman part-time (25 hrs per week) position within a 21 room beachfront motel. Your primary responsibilities will include performing general repair projects, attending to guest calls, and executing preventative maintenance tasks under the guidance of resort leadership.
Execute general support tasks like painting, caulking, and repairing damages to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property
Conduct basic troubleshooting and repairs on plumbing fixtures including toilets, tubs, showers, faucets, and sinks, including unclogging as necessary
Troubleshoot appliances, replace minor components, and assist in full replacements when needed.
Safely operate hand tools, electrical, and battery-powered tools required for the job.
Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
Perform any other assigned duties are required
Pay $20 per hr
