We’re growing our team and looking for permanent, full-time Concrete Restoration Laborers to join us in the Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, and New Smyrna Beach areas. Positions available for both entry-level and experienced candidates.
Pay based on skill and experience.
Work Includes:
Concrete repair, demolition, placement, and finishing
Waterproofing and coating applications
Formwork and carpentry
Rebar replacement
Caulking and expansion joints
Requirements:
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs, climb ladders, and operate power tools
Reliable transportation and basic tools
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Good communication skills
Must be dependable and punctual (5 days/week, 8 hours/day)
Physically fit and safety-minded
Ideal Candidate:
Understands construction tools, materials, and methods
Works well under supervision and contributes to a team environment
Has a problem-solving mindset and takes pride in quality work
