Drewry Site Development is hiring Experienced Track Hoe Operators for immediate full-time work in South Daytona, FL. We are looking for reliable, safety-minded operators with strong skills in excavation, trenching, grading, and general site development work. This position offers excellent pay, full benefits, and steady year-round work.
As an Experienced Track Hoe Operator, you will operate heavy equipment for site development and for our asphalt and concrete recycling operations. You must be able to work as part of a team, enjoy working outdoors, and handle physically demanding tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
-Operate track hoe/excavator in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards
-Perform trenching, mass excavation, grading, backfilling, and utility work
-Operate additional equipment when needed (loader, dozer, off-road truck, skid steer)
-Load and unload equipment from vehicles and trailers
-Load trucks with recycled aggregate
-Keep equipment, materials, and job sites clean, organized, and safely maintained
-Perform routine equipment inspections and report issues
-Complete required paperwork, logs, and documentation
-Assist with manual labor tasks when necessary on the job site
Job Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years experience as a Track Hoe/Excavator Operator (required)
-5+ years of overall heavy equipment experience preferred
-Must pass an equipment test before final hiring decision
-Reliable transportation to job sites
-Ability to lift heavy loads
-Strong stamina and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
-Experience as a loader operator is a plus
