National Client Executive

Unit DescriptionSodexo is seeking a National Client Executive (NCE) to support a premium multi-faceted corporate services client located in the Southern Florida area. As the National Client Executive, you will lead the strategic food and beverage operation, oversight and client reporting for 7 locations. The sites are a combination of office and manufacturing. You will lead a team of 6 direct reports (General Managers, Operations Manager, and Executive chef) and 60 hourly employees.This is a hybrid role. Candidate will work onsite at Deerfield Beach, Florida location 3 days a week with 20-30% travel to other locations within Florida and Georgia.Managing and developing the on-site teams with a focus on best-in-class hospitality, a passion for food and continued innovation will be a primary responsibility. Additionally, you’ll ensure our guests have seamless and consistent experiences by ensuring the right staffing, hiring, recruiting and training of team members.As the client liaison, building positive and transparent relationships with the client will be paramount. For the client to have full confidence in the operations, you’ll provide ongoing insights from data collection, regular financial reporting and be an excellent steward of their facilities and finances.Your years of hospitality and managerial experience, in addition to being a proactive partner and leader to your client and staff, will be an asset to your success in this role.Is this opportunity right for you? Contracted food services experience managing a multi-site account.

Demonstrated business and financial acumen in utilizing and managing contract financials.

Passion for managing relationships with staff and key stakeholders at multiple high-profile locations.

Proven track record in providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction and driving solutions that optimize the current business portfolio.

Strong executive presence and presentation skills.

Ability to drive team performance and create leaders within your organization.
