Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Doral, Florida. The role primarily involves maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries in the financial industry. The successful candidate will also monitor customer accounts and take necessary action.Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy Maintain precise and up-to-date customer credit records Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally Monitor customer accounts and make decisions as necessary Take appropriate action on customer accounts when necessary Utilize your Accounts Payable (AP) skills to streamline processes Collaborate with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed on time Ensure all financial data is handled with accuracy and confidentiality Contribute to our team as an integral player by performing additional tasks as neededRequirements Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and systems. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
